Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and [Registered business name] (“we”) for the use of PlacementSzn. By creating an account you accept them.

1. What PlacementSzn is

PlacementSzn gives engineering students timed tests, a readiness report, practice and guides for campus and off-campus hiring. Readiness bands, role matches and salary bands are estimates based on your answers and on companies’ published requirements. They are not a promise of a job, an interview or a salary. We are not affiliated with any company named on the site.

2. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian’s consent to create an account. One account is for one person.

3. Payment and access

• Access costs ₹399, paid once. There is no subscription.
• Access lasts for as long as we operate PlacementSzn, for the person who bought it, on up to two devices.
• All sales are final. We refund only a duplicate payment, or if the product does not work for you as described in our refund policy.
• If we ever close the service, we will give at least 30 days’ notice and let you download your reports.

4. Fair use

• Don’t share your account or sell access to it.
• Don’t copy, scrape or republish our questions, reports or guides. They are written by us and protected by copyright.
• Taking the tests with outside help makes your own report wrong. We note tab switches and unusually fast answers on the report.

5. How scores and feedback are produced

PlacementSzn doesn’t use AI models today: scores and feedback come from written rules that you can read on each screen. If we add an AI feature later, we’ll say so here and on that feature before you use it.

6. Your content

You own what you add, such as your resume and your code. You let us use it only to run PlacementSzn for you, as described in our privacy policy.

7. Liability

We provide PlacementSzn with care but cannot guarantee it will be free of errors. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

8. Complaints and law

Write to our grievance officer, [Grievance officer name], at placementszninfo@gmail.com. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at [city] have jurisdiction.

9. Changes

If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we will tell you by email at least 15 days before the change applies.
